Enjoy your privacy ! During your stay you are not going to share anything (gate, garage, stairway, house, garden) with other guests. Everything is booked and prepared just for you. Have a great time!
Below please find some basic rules, to maintain the house and the neighborhood the proper way. Please:
Close and lock the entrance gate down at the stairway. To lock properly, turn the key twice. ( garage stays unlocked and accessible from the stairway )
NO SMOKING in the house and on the all property !!!
Respect the NIGHT CALM from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Sort the waste – glass, plastic, paper, all the others
Do not walk in shoes in the house
Do NOT use ALARM SYSTEM of the house
We do not provide accommodation for pets of all types and sizes.
Capacity is designed for two cars. Arriving with one car, you will have space enough for all your (mountain) bikes or skiing equipment. To open or close, push the white dot button on the remote control attached to the keys.

Walkway to the house has an all-night automatic light, giving the place romantic ambience and for your safe orientation in the dark.
All the house heating system is in the floor (yes, it also includes the shower corner ), in the living room there is a remote control attached to the wall. To adjust your comfortable temperature:
Press 2x the button, required temperature starts blinking on the screen
Turn the button to adjust the temperature.
Confirm by pressing the button
Roof windows are too high to handle manually, therefore there are radio control remotes in the house.
For toilett and bathroom, there are remote controls attached to the wall in each room.
Both bedroom windows are additionally equipped with the roller shutters, all of them including the windows are controlled by the remote panel attached to the wall opposite the kitchen island. You just press the house symbol in the right bottom corner. Further use is simillar to the smart phone usage, as it is a touch screen. It is simple, try and enjoy .
Do not try to open roof windows manually, they get damaged!
Make your night relaxing. Shutting down the roller shutters makes it total dark in the room, have sweet dreams on a full-size comfortable box-spring bed.

for your highest comfort, the house is equipped with a BOSE SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker. To use it, please download the app from App Store, Google Play or Amazon apps. After starting this app: 1. press and release BT|AUX until BT blinks blue. 2. on your mobile device, turn on the BT feature. 3. from the device list, select the SoundTouch speaker (Livingroom Villa 2).
Relax with your cup of Nespresso coffee. There are some capsules complimentary, to make your arrival as much convenient as possible after a long, busy day.
from April to October you may enjoy the warm weather sitting outside in the garden, our garden furniture is fully available. Additionally to this:
During your stay feel free to use the fireplace and enjoy a quiet atmosphere outside at the fire, wood is at the fireplace, if not enough just let us know and we can organise some more
There are a lot of herbs in the garden around the house like mint, rosemary, thyme, chive and other. Feel free to use for your kitchen needs while staying with us.
when coming back from the skiing, in the cabinet you can find additional electrical dryers for your cloth. To satisfy the most demanding needs of our guests, there is a special purpose dryer for the ski boots as well.
With all of you, who are wine lovers like us, we would like to share our private wine stock. Wine is not included in the accommodation price, for more details please see the wine card attached in the folder.
